【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardallowstheappropriateincorporationofrecordsrequirements,accordingtoISO15489-1,ISO/TR15489-2and23081-1,whichareapplicabletoallstandardsthatrequirethecreationandretentionofrecords,intootherstandards.Italsohighlightsthedifferentelementsthatneedtobeconsideredascomponentsofacomprehensiverecordsmanagementframework.ThisguidanceisinadditiontotheproceduresfortechnicalworkandthemethodologyforthedevelopmentofInternationalStandardsestablishedbytheISO/IECDirectives.ThisInternationalStandardisintendedforusebyallISObodiesinvolvedinthedevelopmentofrecordsmanagementordocumentationrequirementsinstandards.Itcanalsobeusedbynon-ISOstandardsdevelopmentorganizationsattheinternational,regionalornationallevel,whichareconsideringorareintheprocessofdevelopingrecordsmanagementrequirementsinstandardsand/orcomparabledocuments.NOTEWheneverinthisInternationalStandardtheterm"standard"isused,thewholerangeofISOdeliverablesismeant[i.e.InternationalStandards,ISO(/IEC)Guides,TechnicalSpecifications,TechnicalReports,PubliclyAvailableSpecificationsandInternationalWorkshopAgreements]unlessaspecifictypeofdocumentisreferredto.
