【摘要】:Hydrogenatednitrilerubbersareavailableatdifferentlevelsofunsaturationanddifferentacrylonitrilecontent.Highlysaturatedgradesofferoptimumresistancetoaging,suchasexposuretoheat,ozoneandchemicals,andcanbecuredeffectivelyonlywithperoxidesorhighenergyradiation.Partiallyunsaturatedgradescanbecuredbysulfursystemsinadditiontoperoxidesandhighenergyradiation.Thistestmethodprovidesatechniquetodeterminetheunsaturationlevelofhydrogenatednitrilerubbersintheraw,unvulcanizedstate.Itcanbeusedforresearchanddevelopment,qualitycontrol,andrefereepurposes.1.1ThistestmethodcoverstheWiijsprocedureforthedeterminationofunsaturation(iodinevalue)inhydrogenatednitrilerubbers.1.2Thistestmethodisapplicableonlytothosehydrogenatednitrilerubbersderivedfromcopolymersofacrylonitrileandbutadiene.1.3IodinevaluesarereportedincentigramsofiodinepergramofHNBR[cg(I2)/g].Higheriodinevaluesindicatehigherlevelsofunsaturation.1.4Thistestmethodisappropriateforcalculatingthepercentresidualunsaturationofhydrogenatednitrilerubberiftheiodinevalueofthebasepolymerbeforehydrogenationhasbeendetermined.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
